Scope Meeting

We’ll schedule a call to form an initial assessment and outline a scope of work based on the client’s specific requirements, and agree whether you require a granular report or ‘lite’ valuation.

Data Request & Analysis

We gather and analyse the key data on the company and its market, alongside a wide range of other relevant factors, using more than 19 different methodologies. We can value any size of private company and understand even the most complex cap tables and waterfalls.

Valuation Report

Your client will receive a detailed Valuation Report which breaks down how and why we have reached the final valuation figure, backed up by robust supporting evidence.
